    Hi All,

The MS Ride is only 3 weeks away (2 more weekends to get your legs ready).
We have a training ride this Sunday, leaving at 7:45AM, meeting just south of West 57th Street and the west side bike path (just inside the park); please plan to arrive before departure time as we will be leaving at 7:45.

We'll ride up the west side to the GWB and over to NJ where we'll meet up with anyone who wants to start in NJ - ETA 8:25AM. (see map in the useful links on the right) From there we will go north through Palisades Park, and on to 9W until we reach Nyack; then on North to get some distance in. Depending on how everyone feels, projected distance is between 60 and 75 miles. Then it's back to Manhattan via 9W. Philip will lead the ride and has kindly provided his cell # (917 328 0522) if you need to get in contact.

    A few notes:
Useful things to bring: spare tubes, bike tools, gatorade, water, sunblock, portable bike pump, snacks
If you have any questions about the difficulty level feel free to contact me
All bikers welcome; no need to be a part of Team CS
If you plan to attend a ride, try to send me an email so we have an approximate headcount
Anyone interested in leading rides either weekend mornings or weekdays after work let me know
If you know of a route that might be fun for training, or if you have any other suggestions please don't hesitate to contact me
