If you want your gear by ride date, all orders will be due to me Friday 13 August by 12 midday NY (this means I must have your finalized excel order form as well as your payment by the cutoff time). I will be submitting the order to Champion Systems for delivery back to us September 30th. I will notify you once we have received back our order. We will do a 2nd order in the Fall for anyone wanting to stock up or for people who miss out on this order.
