Rain: riding or not?

As of 4pm this afternoon its still looking a bit wet out there - and training rides were supposed to start this evening! We're not stopping anyone else going out but the 'official' Team CS training ride for tonight is postponed until tomorrow (Weds) - here's looking for better weather...
